Spencer Greene began his journey in wholistic health at the Ann Wigmore Institute in Puerto Rico. After completing the Living Foods Lifestyle Certification Program in 2004, he went on to open Grass Root Organic Restaurant, the first organic, vegan, raw food restaurant/juice bar in Central Florida. Known for his eclectic menus and unique smoothies, Grass Root quickly became an award-winning restaurant featured on tv news outlets, Creative Loafing, Veg News Magazine, Vogue and more. While owning and operating Grass Root, Spencer launched Tampa Bay’s first Vegan meal plan and juice cleanse delivery service. Spencer is a seasoned health food connoisseur having taught over 100 courses ranging from raw food prep, aroma therapy, to juicing and cleansing. Having over a decade of experience in the industry, Spencer joins Kodawari to continue his mission in empowering individuals to live a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.
