Christina experienced her first yoga class in high school purely out of curiosity, but didn’t really fully discover yoga and its benefits until she was looking to de-stress and bring more balance to a very work focused life. Christina is a healthcare technology executive by day and a yoga instructor by night and weekend. And after seeing the positive effects yoga brought to her life, Christina decided to deepen her practice and become a certified instructor.

Training: RYT 200. Christina completed a teacher training program with the Adiaya Yoga Sanctuary in St. Petersburg Florida in May of 2015. She has also completed continuing education workshops in medication techniques. Teaching Style: Christina strives to create a positive and calming experience for her students while harmonizing a balance of traditional hatha and vinyasa flow into her classes. Her class has a good mix of strength, flexibility, and balance building poses. Christina is looking forward to sharing the practice of yoga, and helping her students discover the powerful effect a consistent yoga practice can bring to one’s day, outlook, and life.

Christina’s FREE “Yoga 101” class is offered every Monday from 7:30-8:30 p.m
