My love for movement and physical fitness began at an early age during my years as a ballerina. I studied dance throughout my childhood and into my young adult years when I also began teaching. In May of 2010 I attended my first Bikram yoga class and in 2013 began expanding my practice to include Hot flow, Vinyasa and Power classes.

I fell in love; not only did it fill my need for movement but I found myself gaining strength from within. I began to realize the power of yoga and meditation. I quickly decided that teaching yoga would be my passion and decided to take part in the Foundations for the Mindful Teacher 200-hour Yoga teacher training with Annette K Scott. The experience has changed my life and has further confirmed my passion to teach as well as be a guide for others down the path to physical, mental and spiritual growth.
