Alyona moved to St. Petersburg from Russia 4 years ago. In 2015 she turned to yoga to help with better breathing and to spice up her fitness routine, but little did she know it would change the course of her life! In addition to the physical benefits, she began to see mental and emotional benefits, gained a sense of clarity like never before, learned to cope with feelings of anxiety, and feel more confident. The impact yoga had in her life was so profound that she was inspired to become a teacher.

Alyona loves introducing people to yoga, meditation, breath work and asana sequences breaking away from stereotypes and allowing people to see yoga through their own eyes.
